Legal System
Legal systems are in place to provide order to society. The laws that are in place are for citizens and their safety. These laws need to be enforced, however, because not everyone will always obey them without question.
The legal system in the U.S is quite complex, made up of several different types of law that govern aspects of daily life. Some of the laws include but are not limited to contract law, property law, administrative law, constitutional law, and common law. Each of these legal properties define the rights and responsibilities of each individual.
The legal system is not flawless, however, and when errors occur there needs to be a clear distinction of the events that led up to and after the specific error. To clarify these issues, a legal attorney is assigned. A legal attorney is a certified individual who has dedicated their time and effort into an education and career in law. They understand the legal system well and attack their cases with great fervor. 
Legal attorneys have a practical but challenging career ahead of them. They may choose a legal specialty to practice, such as criminal law, family law, liability law, bankruptcy law among several others. The education is a rigorous one to become a legal attorney and often times, attorneys end up practicing in an area different from the one they originally started out with.
Once the legal system has been abused, a legal attorney is required to fight for the rights of those who are involved. A legal attorney is skilled in application of the law and its theory and are able to think on their feet.
The legal system however complicated is never too big a challenge for a good legal attorney. A legal attorney helps to bring structure to society by interpreting the law and defending people who require it. Without a legal attorney it may be very difficult for an individual to represent themselves at a trial. A legal attorney offers their services to the general public to help resolve issues not create them. They work to advocate for their client and keep their client’s best interests in mind. Coming up with the best resolution or outcome for their clients is the goal of a legal attorney.
In addition to the legal trials and cases that an attorney may responsible for certain business transactions. For example, if a company decided to merge with another company a legal attorney may be called in to draft legal business documents or contracts for that company. For most business mergers this type of legal advice is required. Another way to utilize the skills of a legal attorney would be to consult them to help draft a rental agreement or will. This way when a lease is signed or a will is executed it will be formal and legal in nature. It is important that a legal attorney be contacted when these types of business transactions are being conducted because business partners will suffer minimal risk when all of their business is documented and legally binding in nature. A legal attorney would only be able to accomplish this.
